An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in hunting and furtaking licenses, further providing for classes of licenses and for license costs and fees.

An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general provisions relating to operation of vehicles, further providing for obedience to authorized persons directing traffic.

An Act amending the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.805, No.247), known as the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, in general provisions, further providing for definitions; in comprehensive plan, further providing for preparation of comprehensive plan; in subdivision and land development, further providing for contents of subdivision and land development ordinance; in zoning, further providing for ordinance provisions; and providing for renewable energy siting standards.

An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in offenses against the family, further providing for the offense of dealing in infant children; and, in depositions and witnesses, providing for sentencing considerations for child victim offenders.

An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in miscellaneous provisions relating to operation of vehicles, further providing for the offense of off-road vehicles in urban municipalities, for the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer and for the offense of reckless driving.

An Act establishing the Pennsylvania Family and Medical Leave Program and the Family and Medical Leave Fund; conferring powers and imposing duties on the Department of Labor and Industry; creating a right of action; and imposing penalties.

A Resolution directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a study that examines the effects of the racial wealth disparity on Black residents in this Commonwealth and provide policy recommendations on how to best reduce or eliminate the racial wealth disparity in this Commonwealth.

An Act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to the City of Nanticoke certain lands situate at 490 East Main Street in the City of Nanticoke, Luzerne County.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in school finances, providing for school mapping services.

An Act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to Penn Township Municipal Authority certain lands situate in Penn Township, Snyder County.

An Act amending the act of December 31, 1965 (P.L.1257, No.511), known as The Local Tax Enabling Act, in collection of delinquent taxes, further providing for collection of delinquent per capita, occupation, occupational privilege, emergency and municipal services, local services and income taxes from employers, etc., for notice and for costs of collection of delinquent per capita, occupation, occupational privilege, emergency and municipal services, local services and income taxes.

An Act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Department of Corrections and the Governor, to grant and convey to Ferris Land Development, LP, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, certain lands situate in Benner Township, Centre County.

An Act amending Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in creation, alteration and termination of condominiums, further providing for amendment of declaration; in creation, alteration and termination of cooperatives, further providing for amendment of declaration; and, in creation, alteration and termination of planned communities, further providing for amendment of declaration.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, establishing the Advanced Teaching Roles and Evidence-based Strategic Staffing Program; and imposing powers and duties on the Department of Education.

A Resolution designating the week of May 17 through 23, 2026, as "Emergency Medical Services Week" in Pennsylvania.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in pupils and attendance, further providing for attendance policy at charter, regional charter and cyber charter schools, for excuses from attending school, for procedure when child is truant, for procedure by school when child habitually truant and for penalties for violating compulsory school attendance requirements.

An Act amending the act of May 25, 1945 (P.L.1050, No.394), known as the Local Tax Collection Law, further providing for notices of taxes; providing for removal of deceased spouse; further providing for installment payment of taxes; and providing for imposition of fees for collection of delinquent per capita, poll and occupation taxes.

An Act amending Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in scenic highways, providing for designation of Allegheny River Boulevard as scenic byway.
