Pennsylvania HB75 amends the definition of "primary supervising physician" in the Osteopathic Medical Practice Act. The revised definition specifies that a primary supervising physician must be an osteopathic physician or a medical doctor licensed with the State Board of Medicine, and must be designated in a written agreement with a physician assistant as having primary responsibility for supervising the physician assistant. The act will take effect in 60 days.
