Pennsylvania SB1404 amends Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to enhance penalties for arson endangering persons and related offenses. It specifies that a person commits aggravated arson if they intentionally start a fire or cause an explosion, or aid, counsel, pay, or agree to pay another to do so, and either attempt to cause or knowingly cause bodily injury to another person, including firefighters or police officers.
