To enact section 9.64 of the Revised Code to require political subdivisions to adopt a cybersecurity program.

To amend section 2901.05 of the Revised Code to enact the Self-Defense Protection Act to create a pretrial procedure for a person asserting self-defense, defense of another, or defense of that person's property.

To amend section 5703.21 and to enact section 5703.83 of the Revised Code to create a statewide screening system for certain property tax reductions and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 322.02, 322.03, and 322.06 of the Revised Code to require any increased county real estate and manufactured home conveyance fees to be allocated for county-specific housing purposes.

To amend section 2923.25 of the Revised Code to require that gun trigger locks be attached and provided with firearms sales by federally licensed firearms dealers.

To amend sections 1533.04, 2923.11, and 2923.17 of the Revised Code to remove firearm mufflers and suppressors from the classification of dangerous ordnance.

To amend sections 3314.03 and 3326.11; to enact section 3131.01; and to repeal sections 3109.054, 3129.01, 3129.02, 3129.03, 3129.04, 3129.05, 3129.06, 3313.473, 3313.5320, 3319.90, 3345.562, and 3345.90 of the Revised Code to protect parents' rights to equitable access to medical care, behavioral health care, hygiene care, and educational opportunities for their children and to name this act the Parents' Rights to Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (P.R.I.D.E.) Act.

To enact section 5.2323 of the Revised Code to designate February 1st as Ohio World Hijab Day.

To amend section 2929.18 and to enact section 2125.05 of the Revised Code to require a felony offender of an OVI-caused aggravated vehicular homicide to pay child maintenance when the victim is a parent, legal guardian, or custodian of a minor child, to allow child maintenance to be awarded in a wrongful death action when the offender is deceased, and to name this act the Sam Knisley Family Support Act.

To enact section 3902.65 of the Revised Code to cap cost sharing for prescription insulin drugs, diabetes devices, and diabetic ketoacidosis devices.

To amend sections 323.152 and 4503.065 of the Revised Code to modify the calculation and eligibility criteria of the homestead exemption.

To establish a grant program to reimburse local government entities for the acquisition, development, and rehabilitation of community recreation spaces, to name this act the Fit, Safe, and Strong Communities Act, and to make an appropriation.

To enact section 3792.08 of the Revised Code regarding prescribing, dispensing, and administering drugs and to name this act the Jeff, Dave, and Angie Patient Right to Try Act.

To amend section 5705.19 and to enact section 307.852 of the Revised Code to authorize counties and other political subdivisions to place on the ballot tax levies supporting pre-kindergarten programs and to establish conditions on a county's use of moneys derived from the levied tax.

To enact sections 3722.15 and 5119.335 of the Revised Code regarding hospitals and the enforcement of federal immigration law.

To amend sections 5715.19 and 5717.01 of the Revised Code to modify the law governing certain property tax complaints.

To enact section 3333.802 of the Revised Code to establish the Traumatic Brain Injury Treatment Accelerator Program and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.6031 of the Revised Code to require schools to administer the Presidential Fitness Test and to name this act the Ohio Fitness Test Act.

To enact section 5.079 of the Revised Code to adopt Superman as the official superhero of the state.

To amend sections 3501.01, 3501.38, 3503.06, 3519.05, and 3519.06 and to enact section 3519.11 of the Revised Code to require statewide initiative petition circulators to be licensed by the Secretary of State.

To recognize the Kingdom of Bhutan as responsible for the oppression and forced eviction of more than 120,000 Bhutanese citizens during the late 1980s and 1990s.
