To recognize the impact of the lifeguard shortage in Ohio and encourage individuals to consider a career as a lifeguard.

To amend sections 2919.25, 2923.13, and 2923.14 of the Revised Code to expand the offense of domestic violence to include a person with whom the offender is in a dating relationship and to expand the offense of weapons under disability to include a person subject to a domestic violence protection order and a person convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence.

To amend sections 2923.13 and 2923.14 and to enact section 2923.133 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain conduct regarding trigger cranks, bumpfire devices, and other items that accelerate a semi-automatic firearm's rate of fire but do not convert it into an automatic firearm.

To require an audit and corrective action plan for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled Medicaid eligibility group and to make an appropriation.

To enact section 2923.251 of the Revised Code to require distribution of information on firearm storage.

To amend sections 718.031, 2915.01, 2915.02, 2915.07, 2915.09, 2915.091, 2915.093, 2915.094, 2915.10, 2915.101, 2915.13, 2915.14, 3770.06, 3770.99, 5739.02, 5747.064, 5753.01, 5753.04, 5753.05, 5753.07, 5753.08, and 5753.12 and to enact sections 3770.31, 3770.32, 3770.33, 3770.34, 3770.35, 3770.36, 3770.37, 3770.38, 3770.39, 3770.40, 3770.41, 5753.022, and 5753.032 of the Revised Code to expand the locations and manner in which electronic instant bingo may be conducted, to authorize and establish regulations for retailer video lottery terminals, and to levy a tax on electronic instant bingo.

To amend sections 2923.123 and 2923.14 of the Revised Code to allow a concealed handgun licensee to carry a handgun in a building or structure that is not a courthouse but in which a courtroom is located in specified circumstances and to permit a nonresident of Ohio to obtain statutory relief from firearms disability based on an Ohio conviction, guilty plea, or delinquent child adjudication.

Proposing to amend Sections 1b and 1g of Article II of the Constitution of the State of Ohio to modify the process for statutes proposed by initiative petition.

Proposing to amend Section 2 of Article II and Sections 1, 3, 4, and 5 of Article XI of the Constitution of the State of Ohio to increase the membership of the General Assembly to 51 senators and 153 representatives beginning January 1, 2033.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.889 of the Revised Code to create the "Ironton Fighting Tigers" license plate.
