To enact section 5.2322 of the Revised Code to designate "Eating Disorders Awareness Week" in Ohio.

To amend sections 5104.30 and 5104.34 and to enact section 5104.342 of the Revised Code to provide publicly funded child care benefits to certain child care staff members and to make an appropriation.

To enact sections 2317.57 and 2317.571 of the Revised Code regarding notice about the possibility of reversing a chemical abortion.

To amend sections 3735.67, 5709.40, 5709.41, 5709.73, and 5709.78 of the Revised Code to exclude certain fire and emergency medical services levies from being reduced by a community reinvestment area or tax increment financing property tax exemption.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.937 of the Revised Code to create the "DoItForJack" license plate.

To amend section 3721.04 of the Revised Code to prohibit counting nurse and nurse aide nondirect care duties towards the direct care staffing hour requirements for nursing homes.

To amend sections 1521.01 and 1521.99 and to enact sections 9.72 and 1521.232 of the Revised Code regarding the withdrawal and consumptive use of water by data centers and to name the act the Responsible Water Use by Data Centers Act.

To enact section 5534.102 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 22 in Harrison County as the "Staff Sergeant Melvin Trushel, Sr. Memorial Highway."

To amend section 5747.01 and to enact section 5180.23 of the Revised Code to establish the At-Home Infant Care Program in the Department of Children and Youth, to exempt payments received under the program from the state income tax, to name this act the At-Home Infant Care Program Act, and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 3301.16, 3301.53, 3313.671, 5104.014, 5104.015, 5104.017, 5104.018, and 5104.019 and to enact section 3301.532 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing childhood immunizations and exemptions and to name this act the Parental Clarity on Health Options and Information on Conscientious Exemptions "C.H.O.I.C.E." Act.

To enact section 2709.01 of the Revised Code to require courts to supply electronic notification of hearings to defendants in criminal and traffic cases and to make an appropriation.

To amend section 122.175 of the Revised Code to prohibit new data center sales tax exemptions from being granted.

To amend sections 123.01, 123.17, and 5913.09 and to enact section 123.012 of the Revised Code to authorize the state to enter into an enhanced lease agreement, with a private entity, to utilize unproductive and unused state real property, to empower a board of trustees of a state university and the Adjutant General to lease land, and to name this act the Advancing Strategic State and Military Asset Efficiency and Transformation (ASSET) Act.

To enact section 5534.482 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of East Kemper Road in Hamilton County as the "Patrolman Earl W. Casterline Memorial Highway."

To amend section 5119.84 and to enact sections 109.96, 109.961, 109.962, 109.963, 109.964, 109.965, 109.966, 109.967, 109.968, 109.969, 109.9610, 109.9611, 109.9612, 109.9613, 109.9614, 109.9615, and 109.9616 of the Revised Code to impose penalties on entities whose AI models suggest harming one's self or another person.

To amend sections 955.201 and 5747.113 and to enact section 955.202 of the Revised Code to establish an income tax refund designation to assist low-income individuals in spaying and neutering their pets.

To amend section 123.30 of the Revised Code to further limit the types of flags that a state agency may display on its grounds or in its buildings.

To amend sections 3715.01, 3715.99, 3717.01, and 3717.99 and to enact sections 3715.026 and 3717.34 of the Revised Code regarding sales of kratom products.

To enact sections 3333.46, 3333.461, and 3333.462 of the Revised Code to establish the Armed Forces Reserve Component Scholarship Program and related funds and to make an appropriation.

To enact sections 1357.01, 1357.02, 1357.03, 1357.04, 1357.05, 1357.06, 1357.07, 1357.08, 1357.09, 1357.10, 1357.11, and 1357.12 of the Revised Code to create a regulatory relief division within the common sense initiative office and to establish a universal regulatory sandbox program.
