Ohio

To enact section 5534.455 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 19 in Crawford County as the "Patrolman Robert E. Karsmizki Memorial Highway."

To encourage all county boards of developmental disabilities in Ohio to adopt an advisory board composed of self-advocates with developmental disabilities.

To enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.11 of the Revised Code to require health benefit plans and the Medicaid program to cover annual mental health well checks.

To amend sections 3.07, 3.17, 305.03, 503.241, and 3313.11 and to enact section 3.171 of the Revised Code to allow an elected official who is deployed on active military duty to retain the official's position.

To amend sections 3770.23, 3770.25, 3775.01, 3775.02, 3775.10, and 3775.99 of the Revised Code to specify that using a prediction market to trade event contracts on sporting events constitutes sports gaming subject to regulation in this state.

To establish the Social Work Apprenticeship Retention and Training (SMART) Internship Program, to name this act the Ohio Students and Families Workforce Strengthening Act, and to make an appropriation.

To amend section 3902.50 and to enact sections 5.22108, 3902.65, and 5164.094 of the Revised Code to require health plan issuers and the Medicaid program to cover treatments and services related to Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections and Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome.

To amend sections 1509.02, 1509.34, 5703.052, 5749.01, 5749.02, 5749.04, 5749.06, 5749.07, 5749.08, 5749.10, 5749.12, 5749.13, 5749.14, and 5749.15; to enact sections 4928.57 and 4928.571; and to repeal section 1509.50 of the Revised Code to modify the rate and revenue allocation of the severance tax on oil and natural gas, to create an electric bill credit, and to make an appropriation.

To amend section 349.01 of the Revised Code regarding new community authorities.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.947 of the Revised Code to create the "Land of U.S. Grant" license plate.

To enact sections 113.65 and 5166.38 of the Revised Code to establish the American Dream Voluntary Transition Program as a component of the Medicaid program and to designate this act the American Dream Act.

To enact section 4516.14 of the Revised Code to make a general statement about the General Assembly's intent for peer-to-peer car sharing programs.

To enact section 4113.90 of the Revised Code regarding the use of automated employment decision tools.

To enact sections 1349.08, 1349.081, 1349.082, 1349.083, 1349.084, 1349.085, 5119.65, 5119.651, 5119.652, and 5119.653 of the Revised Code to require warning labels on addictive social media platforms.

To amend section 9.68 of the Revised Code to permit individuals to seek punitive or exemplary damages against municipal corporations that pass gun control measures.

To enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.18 of the Revised Code to prohibit a health benefit plan and the Medicaid program from denying a claim for dental services on the basis of the age of the patient.

To enact section 2921.311 of the Revised Code to create the offense of obstructing federal immigration enforcement.

To urge the Supreme Court of Ohio to find the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct Rule that prohibits judges from endorsing a candidate for office constitutional.

To amend sections 3.07, 3.17, 305.03, 503.241, and 3313.11 and to enact section 3.171 of the Revised Code to allow an elected official who is deployed on active military duty to retain the official's position and to attend meetings virtually.

To amend sections 1347.01, 1347.10, and 1347.99 and to enact section 1347.072 of the Revised Code to prohibit various government and private entities from selling sensitive personal data to a data broker or private entity with the intent of generating profit, unless used for a permitted purpose.

To amend sections 3705.07, 3705.08, 3705.16, and 4731.22 and to enact sections 4731.2211 and 4731.742 of the Revised Code to require physicians to sign death certificates electronically.

To amend sections 3705.16, 3795.03, and 3795.04 and to enact sections 313.124, 3793.01, 3793.02, 3793.03, 3793.04, 3793.05, 3793.06, 3793.07, 3793.08, 3793.09, 3793.10, 3793.11, 3793.12, 3793.13, 3793.14, 3793.15, 3793.16, 3793.17, 3793.18, 3793.19, 3793.20, 3793.21, and 4729.97 of the Revised Code to authorize an individual with a terminal condition and the ability to make and communicate health care decisions to request a prescription for an aid-in-dying medication and to name this act the Ohio Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) Act.
