AN ACT relating to autism; requiring peace officers to complete certain training concerning developmental disabilities; authorizing certain training concerning autism spectrum disorders to be included as part of the training of peace officers in interacting with persons with developmental disabilities; requiring the Legislative Auditor to conduct an audit of the Board of Applied Behavior Analysis; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

Eliminates a requirement concerning rates of reimbursement under Medicaid for applied behavioral analysis services. (BDR 38-1238)

AN ACT relating to Medicaid; eliminating the requirement that the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services biennially establish rates of reimbursement for certain applied behavioral analysis services that are comparable to rates of reimbursement paid for those services by Medicaid programs in other states; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
