Nevada AB112 amends existing law to remove an exemption for employers covered by collective bargaining agreements from allowing employees to use accrued sick leave to assist a member of the employee’s immediate family with certain medical needs. The bill requires the Labor Commissioner to prepare a bulletin explaining these provisions and mandates that employers post this bulletin in a conspicuous location in each workplace.
