Extends the validity of certain health care licenses in Nevada until their 2026 anniversary date.

This bill revises the expiration date of certain licenses issued by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services. It extends the validity of any license held by a licensee on December 30, 2025, until the anniversary date in 2026 of the initial issuance of the license. The Division of Public and Behavioral Health must assist a medical facility or a facility for the dependent in determining the anniversary date in 2026 on which the license expires. The bill also modifies the renewal process for these licenses.
