Amends the End-of-Life Options for Terminally Ill Patients Act. Provides that, when a death has occurred in accordance with the Act, the death shall be attributed to both the underlying terminal disease and medical aid in dying pursuant to the Act (rather than only the underlying terminal disease). Requires medical aid in dying pursuant to the Act shall be listed on the death certificate of a qualified patient who obtained and self-administered a prescription for medication pursuant to the Act.

Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that, in counties in which the county board so provides, by ordinance or resolution, owners of income-producing properties in the county shall file physical descriptions of their properties with the chief county assessment officer upon request of the chief county assessment officer. Sets forth the period of time during which those provisions apply. Provides that the request for information shall include an individualized statement specifying all physical description information that the assessor's office has on record or recorded against the property and shall contain a statement that the owner may confirm the information if no changes are required. Imposes certain penalties if the property owner fails to respond to a request for information. Amends the Freedom of Information Act to provide that financial records and data related to real estate income, expenses, and occupancy submitted by or on behalf of a property owner to a chief county assessment officer, except if submitted as part of an assessment appeal, are exempt from disclosure. Effective immediately.

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that a person charged with involuntary sexual servitude of a minor or trafficking in persons if the victim is under 18 years of age shall not be permitted to plead down to lesser offenses. Provides that no person charged with grooming shall be permitted to plead down to lesser offenses. Provides that prosecutors are prohibited from offering plea bargains to lesser offenses to those individuals charged with grooming. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a child sex offender to knowingly operate, manage, be employed by, volunteer at, be associated with, or knowingly be present at any facility providing entertainment exclusively directed toward persons under the age of 18.

Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act. Provides that a registrable sex offense includes the offense of unauthorized video recording and live video transmission, when the victim was a person under 18 years of age and the defendant was 18 years of age or older, the offense was sexually motivated as determined by the court consistent with the definition in the Sex Offender Management Board Act, and the offense was committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act.

Requires ordinances with specified requirements for such temporary events and cannabis hospitality venues before any licenses are issued. Limits home rule powers. Makes conforming changes in the Smoke Free Illinois Act. Effective immediately.

Amends the Illinois Pension Code. In the Downstate Firefighter Article, includes in the definition of "firefighter", a person employed in a municipality's or fire protection district's fire service as a de facto firefighter. Defines "de facto firefighter". Provides that the Retirement Systems Reciprocal Act (Article 20 of the Code) is adopted and made a part of the Downstate Firefighter Article and the Chicago Firefighter Article, but only with respect to a person who, on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act, is entitled to begin receiving a retirement annuity or survivor's annuity and who elects to proceed under the Retirement Systems Reciprocal Act. In the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) Article, authorizes sheriff's law enforcement employee (SLEP) status for a person who is not eligible to participate in a downstate firefighter fund and is employed on a full-time basis by a participating municipality to perform duties as a paramedic, emergency medical technician (EMT), emergency medical technician-intermediate (EMT-I), or advanced emergency medical technician (A-EMT); but only if the governing authority of that municipality has approved sheriff's law enforcement employee status for such employees by adoption of an affirmative resolution. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.

Provides that, subject to the requirements of State and federal law, the Department of Natural Resources may sell ammunition at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex and may contract the right to sell ammunition to a contractor in a public-private agreement. Directs that revenue from the sale of ammunition at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex by the Department or its contractor under a public-private agreement, except for operating and non-operating costs and expenses related to the sale of ammunition, shall be deposited into the State Parks Fund to the credit of a special account designated as the World Shooting and Recreational Complex Ammunition Account. Specifies that all moneys credited to the World Shooting and Recreational Complex Ammunition Account shall be used for any purposes related to the World Shooting and Recreational Complex and for no other purpose.
