Illinois HB2829 establishes the Illinois Wine Promotion Fund and the Illinois Winery Advisory Council to support wine manufacturers and grape growers.

HB2829 creates the Illinois Wine Promotion Fund, which will receive $0.25 of every $1 of the tax on wine manufactured in Illinois starting January 1, 2026.
