INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the powers and duties of the Office of Information Technology Services.

FISH AND GAME -- Repeals existing law to remove outdated or unnecessary Department of Fish and Game provisions.

PUBLIC LANDS -- Proposes an amendment to the state constitution regarding state-owned lands.

FINANACIAL ACCOUNTABILITY STABLECOIN TRANSACTION ACT -- Adds to existing law to establish the Financial Accountability Stablecoin Transaction (FAST) Act to provide for the authorization and use of payment stablecoins.

TAXATION -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to repeal and replace the Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit and the Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit Advance Payment Fund.

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES -- Amends existing law to provide that the organizer of a limited liability company may use the street and mailing addresses of a company's commercial registered agent.

UNAUTHORIZED WORKERS -- Adds to existing law to establish certain requirements for employers to verify the lawful status of workers.

TAXATION -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the rate of income taxes.

PODIATRY -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to provide for the Podiatric Medical Practice Act.

RURAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION -- Adds to existing law to establish the Idaho Rural Health Transformation Fund and the Rural Health Transformation Committee.

HOSPITALS -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding patient immigration status data collection.

FISH AND GAME -- Amends existing law to provide for public comment and reporting requirements.

ABATEMENT DISTRICTS -- Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding abatement districts and to provide for optional participation.

TRANSPORTATION -- Amends existing law to require a person to apply for a driver's license, register vehicles, and obtain a certificate of vehicle title within 30 days of becoming an Idaho resident.

MEDICAL MANDATES -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding medical mandates.

COMMERCIAL SEXUAL ACTIVITY -- Amends existing law to revise the penalty for soliciting commercial sexual activity.

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding law enforcement officers and facial coverings.

DISTURBING THE PEACE -- Amends existing law to provide for disturbing the peace of a religious worship, meeting, or event.

EDUCATION -- Amends and repeals existing law to remove obsolete provisions.

IDAHO BUILDING CODE ACT -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding public school building plan reviews.

DEPREDATION -- States findings of the Legislature and calls on the federal government to protect Idaho citizens who file depredation claims.

STATE OFFICES -- Amends existing law to provide that gubernatorial appointees who are expressly rejected by the Senate shall not be appointed to any position requiring the advice and consent of the Senate for a period of one year following the Senate's express rejection.

VOTERS -- Amends and repeals existing law regarding a voter's affidavit in lieu of identification.

CONGRESSIONAL TERM LIMITS -- States findings of the Legislature and appeals to the United States Congress to call a constitutional convention of the states to propose an amendment regarding term limits.

RESTROOM ACCESS ACT -- Adds to existing law to establish the Restroom Access Act.
