Establishes the Idaho Rural Health Transformation Fund and the Rural Health Transformation Committee.

The bill creates the Idaho Rural Health Transformation Fund and the Rural Health Transformation Committee. The fund will receive moneys from the federal rural health transformation program grant and any legislative appropriations. The committee will consist of six members, including two senators, two representatives, and two nonvoting members.
