Idaho S1308 amends the Uniform Mediation Act to remove a provision about what a mediator may disclose.

Idaho S1308 amends Section 9-807 of the Idaho Code to remove a provision that restricts what a mediator may disclose. The bill allows mediators to disclose whether mediation occurred, whether a settlement was reached, and attendance. It also permits disclosures permitted under section 9-806 of the Idaho Code. The bill declares an emergency and states that it will be in full force and effect on July 1, 2026.
