Defines "treat," "treated," & "treatment"; authorizes individual to refuse examination, testing, or treatment for specified reasons; prohibits discrimination against patient based on patient's vaccination status; requires licensed health care practitioners to inform parent or legal guardian of minor child of risks, benefits, safety, & efficacy of specified vaccines, obtain signature from parent or legal guardian before administration of vaccine, & provide parent or legal guardian with option of alternative vaccination schedule; authorizes pharmacist to provide ivermectin without prescription; requires pharmacist to provide specified information to patient; provides pharmacists with immunity from civil & criminal liability & disciplinary action; authorizes Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules; authorizes parent to exempt their child from health examination or from administration of immunizing agents based on conscience grounds; requires DOH to make publicly available, by posting on its Internet website, exemption form for parents & legal guardians.

Citing this act as the "Florida Age-Gate Act"; defining the term "non-FDA-authorized nicotine dispensing device"; requiring an applicant for a retail nicotine products dealer permit to consent to inspections and searches of the licensed premises by the Department of Law Enforcement for specified purposes; providing civil and criminal penalties for retail tobacco products dealers that sell or advertise, promote, or display for sale non-FDA-authorized nicotine dispensing devices; prohibiting certain dealers that sell non-FDA-authorized nicotine dispensing devices from advertising, promoting, or displaying such devices if such dealers do not prohibit persons younger than 21 years of age on the licensed premises, etc.

Revises & provides requirements for public swimming & bathing facilities relating to yearly inspections, rule variances, review & revision of rules, sanitation & safety standards, certification, the Public Swimming Pool & Spa Technical Committee, replacing certain equipment, & permit applications.

Revising the time in which an action founded on the design, planning, or construction of an improvement to real property shall be commenced; revising the date on which the statute of limitations period for such action begins; defining the terms "completion of the improvement" and "completion of the contract", etc.

Prohibiting insurers providing automobile liability coverage from establishing or maintaining rates or rating classifications based on certain information, etc.

Removes provisions relating to marriages between persons of same sex.

Creating "Sevilla's Law"; requiring a provider of companion animal cremation services to provide certain individuals and entities with a written description of the services the provider offers; requiring certain providers to include a certification with the returned animal's cremation remains; providing that certain acts are unlawful; providing civil penalties for initial and subsequent offenses, etc.

Prohibiting a governmental entity that contracts for a public works project from taking certain actions; requiring the Florida Building Commission to adopt by rule uniform commercial building permit acceptance standards for a specified purpose by a specified date; requiring a local jurisdiction to include a certain reduction in the permit fee on its schedule of fees posted on its website; requiring nonresidential structures built in a flood zone after a specified date to have the lowest floor elevated above the required design flood elevation; revising the products requiring statewide approval to include mitigation products, etc.

Creates privilege for documents, materials, & other information obtained by Commissioner of Insurance Regulation or National Association of Insurance Commissioners in course of examination or analysis; prohibits commissioner & certain persons from testifying in certain private civil actions; authorizes commissioner to share certain information under certain circumstances; provides for reciprocity; provides exemption from public records requirements for certain proprietary business information provided to OIR by insurer & certain biographical statements, biographical affidavits, & supplementary materials related thereto provided to or obtained by OIR; provides for future legislative review & repeal of privilege & exemptions; provides statements of public necessity.

Requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to review certain data when designating certain beaches as critically eroded and in need of restoration and nourishment; requiring that certain beaches, whose local government preserved funds for a certain purpose and which possess specified features, be designated as critically eroded; revising the list of areas that may receive designation as an area of critical state concern, etc.

Citing this act as the "Voter Protection in Redistricting Act"; providing that congressional and state legislative district boundaries may be drawn only in the second year after the most recent federal decennial statewide census, during an extraordinary apportionment session or judicial reapportionment session, or according to federal law or court order, etc.

Provides appropriation to compensate Mr. Jackson for injuries & damages sustained as result of negligence of Officer Mike Cochran of Lakeland Police Department; provides limitation on payment of compensation & attorney fees.

Defining the term "statewide data sharing system"; revising the recordkeeping, transaction, and reporting requirements of certain secondhand dealers and pawnbrokers regarding transaction information to be shared with law enforcement agencies for inclusion in the statewide data sharing system, etc.

Proposes amendment to State Constitution to provide protection from discrimination for student & school personnel religious expression in public schools.

Requiring the Department of Health to consider all deficiencies in an application for a medical marijuana treatment center license cured if the sole remaining deficiency is the fact that the application was submitted by an entity in legal partnership with a certain eligible recognized class member, or his or her heir, rather than by the class member or heir as an individual; prohibiting the department from using such fact as a reason to deny an application for licensure, etc.

Providing an exemption from public records requirements for information received by the commission or derived from its investigations; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Prohibits certain actions regarding landscape irrigation systems unless such actions are taken by licensed irrigation contractors or property owners; authorizes local governments or water management districts to adopt certain requirements for property owners who install such systems; provides requirements for permits, plans, equipment & capacity, maintenance, & water schedules relating to such systems; provides fines & penalties; prohibits local governments from adopting or enforcing certain laws, rules, or regulations; authorizes DEP to adopt rules; revises membership of Construction Industry Licensing Board.

Requires OPPAGA, beginning on specified date, to perform study of public & private employee child care assistance programs; provides requirements for study; requires office to submit certain report to Governor & Legislature by specified date; provides for future repeal of study.

Requiring specified persons acting on behalf of a criminal defendant to file a specified notice within a specified timeframe before contacting a victim in a criminal proceeding for a specified purpose; requiring that such notice be filed on a standard form developed by the state attorney in each judicial circuit, etc.
