Acknowledging the injustices perpetrated against the targets of the Florida Legislative Investigation Committee between 1956 and 1965 and offering a formal and heartfelt apology to those whose lives, well-being, and livelihoods were damaged or destroyed by the activities and public pronouncements of those who served on the committee, etc.

Increasing the minimum age requirements relating to the use of helmets for electric personal assistive mobility devices, etc.

Creates Historic Cemeteries Trust Fund within Division of Historical Resources of DOS; provides purpose of trust fund; requires that moneys be deposited into trust fund & disbursed by division as provided in specified provision; requires that any balance at end of fiscal year remain in trust fund for specified purpose; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund.

Requiring that, beginning on a specified date, secretaries and executive directors of departments, chief administrative officers of certain units of state government, members of commissions and licensing boards, chairs of governing boards or certain chief executives of certain statewide entities, or any persons appointed to hold state office in the executive branch of state government be United States citizens and residents of this state; providing that such an office is automatically deemed vacant if the person holding that office does not meet certain requirements; requiring the Commission on Ethics to investigate certain lobbyists or principals who make prohibited expenditures, etc.

Authorizes state agencies, governmental entities, & local governments to restrict use of watercraft based on energy source used to power watercraft if such watercraft is used on certain bodies of water.
