To urge Congress to enact reforms to federal permitting policies to accelerate deployment of new energy infrastructure.

To amend sections 1.61, 303.01, 519.01, 901.511, 929.01, 1311.55, 1729.01, 5501.50, and 5713.30 of the Revised Code to expressly include the cultivation of trees to produce maple syrup and maple products in the laws relating to agriculture.

To amend sections 4511.051 and 4513.34 and to enact section 4513.341 of the Revised Code regarding police escorts for farm equipment and vehicles that haul agricultural equipment and produce and the operation of farm equipment and machinery on limited access highways and freeways.

To enact sections 122.67 and 122.671 of the Revised Code to create the Ohio International Trade Commission.

To amend section 2927.01 of the Revised Code to enact Amanda Dean's Law to increase the penalties for abuse of a corpse.

To amend sections 153.011, 153.99, 3333.071, and 5525.21 of the Revised Code to require iron or steel that is produced in the United States be used on projects supported by state funds.

To enact section 5534.974 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 322 in Cleveland as the "Cleveland Police Officer Jamieson Ritter Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 3313.48 and 3313.603 and to enact section 3301.96 of the Revised Code to permit students to use club sports or other athletic activity to fulfill the high school physical education requirement and regarding recess time for K-8 students.

To enact section 5534.449 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 11 in Mahoning County as the "Trooper Nicholas P. Cayton Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 2305.11 and 2307.46 and to enact section 2317.58 of the Revised Code to enact the Share the Health and Empower With Informed Notices (SHE WINS) Act regarding abortion informed consent.

To amend section 2907.08 of the Revised Code to increase the penalties for voyeurism.

To amend sections 5101.54 and 5101.542 and to enact section 5101.5411 of the Revised Code to require Ohio's SNAP program to begin using chip-enabled EBT cards, to name this act the Enhanced Cybersecurity for SNAP Act of 2026, and to make an appropriation.

To amend section 2305.11 of the Revised Code to increase the limitations period from one year to four years for libel or slander and provide that for purposes of the four-year limitations period for libel or slander, the cause of action starts from publication of the libelous matter or when the slanderous words were spoken, regardless of when the aggrieved party discovered the libelous matter or slanderous words.

To amend sections 109.572, 4731.07, 4731.071, 4731.224, 4731.2210, 4731.24, 4731.25, 4731.251, 4776.01, and 4776.20 and to enact sections 4789.02, 4789.03, 4789.04, 4789.05, 4789.06, 4789.07, 4789.08, 4789.09, 4789.10, 4789.11, 4789.12, and 4789.99 of the Revised Code to license and regulate the practice of naturopathic medicine.

To amend section 3503.01 of the Revised Code to clarify only natural persons have the right to vote.

To amend section 173.503 and to repeal section 173.502 of the Revised Code regarding site expansion and timely enrollment for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

To enact section 4731.2211 of the Revised Code to authorize a physician whose license was revoked to apply for reinstatement.

To amend sections 1321.02, 1321.62, 1321.63, 1321.631, 1321.632, 1321.64, 1321.643, 1321.644, 1321.65, 1321.651, 1321.66, 1321.663, 1321.665, 1321.666, 1321.67, 1321.673, 1321.674, 1321.69, 1321.691, 1321.70, and 1321.701; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 1321.702 (1321.703); and to enact new section 1321.702 of the Revised Code to make various changes to the consumer installment loan law.

To enact section 5534.156 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of I-70 in Franklin County as the "Col. George A. Martin Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 3727.50, 3727.51, 3727.52, 3727.55, and 3727.56; to enact new section 3727.53 and section 4123.293; and to repeal sections 3727.53 and 3727.54 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing hospital-wide nursing care committees and hospital nursing services staffing plans.

To amend sections 2903.01, 2929.03, 2929.04, and 2941.14 of the Revised Code to enact the Larry Henderson Act to specify that the penalty for aggravated murder for an adult offender is death or life without the possibility of parole if the victim is a peace officer, corrections officer, prosecutor, first responder, or military member.

To amend sections 2907.01 and 2907.02 of the Revised Code to require a seven year mandatory minimum prison term for forcible rape and to expand the definition of sexual conduct to include anilingus.

To amend section 4935.04 of the Revised Code to amend the requirements for long-term forecast reports and to name the act the Electricity Forecast Integrity Act.

To amend sections 109.57, 109.573, 109.60, 2953.32, and 5122.311 of the Revised Code and to amend Section 221.40 of H.B. 96 of the 136th General Assembly, as subsequently amended, to align and modernize fingerprinting and disposition reporting, and to allow disclosure of information related to actions to determine paternity.

To amend section 2919.23 and to enact sections 2929.45, 4927.25, 4927.26, 4927.27, 4927.28, 4927.29, and 5502.55 of the Revised Code to enact the Kelsey Smith Act to modify the law governing interference with custody, to require wireless service providers to provide call location information to law enforcement in certain emergency situations, and to create an endangered missing child alert.
