Ohio

To enact sections 1349.07, 1349.071, 1349.072, 1349.073, 1349.074, 1349.075, and 1349.076 of the Revised Code to establish age verification and parental consent requirements for certain developers and application stores.

To amend sections 2307.601, 2901.05, and 2901.09 and to enact sections 2901.091 and 2901.092 of the Revised Code to enact the Ohio Self-Defense Act to modify the law regarding self-defense.

To amend sections 117.52, 2305.02, 2743.15, 2743.48, and 2743.49 of the Revised Code to modify the wrongful imprisonment law and to rename the provisions wrongful incarceration.

To amend sections 4141.30, 4141.33, and 4141.53 of the Revised Code to reduce the maximum weeks an individual may receive unemployment benefits from 26 to 20 weeks.

To amend section 2315.18 of the Revised Code to clarify compensatory damages for damaged vehicles.

To amend sections 2152.16, 2152.17, 2152.19, 2152.22, 2152.26, 5139.01, 5139.05, 5139.06, 5139.20, 5139.35, and 5139.51 of the Revised Code to modify provisions relating to commitment of delinquent children to the department of youth services.

To amend section 5747.98 and to enact sections 1315.131, 5502.80, and 5747.87 of the Revised Code to levy a transfer fee on money transmissions, to authorize an income tax credit based on the amount of the transfer fees paid, and to name this act Ohio's Withholding Illegal Revenue Entering Drug Markets (WIRED) Act.

To amend sections 9.68, 109.69, 109.731, 311.41, 311.42, 311.43, 1547.69, 2921.13, 2923.11, 2923.111, 2923.12, 2923.121, 2923.122, 2923.123, 2923.124, 2923.125, 2923.126, 2923.127, 2923.128, 2923.129, 2923.1210, 2923.1211, 2923.1212, 2923.1213, 2923.16, 2923.17, 2953.35, and 4749.10 and to repeal section 1533.04 of the Revised Code to enact the Freedom to Carry Act to rename a concealed handgun license a concealed weapons license and to allow a concealed weapons licensee to carry a concealed deadly weapon other than an exclusive deadly weapon.

To encourage students in grades one through twelve to read, study, and discuss the U.S. Declaration of Independence in the classroom during the 2025-2026 school year in celebration of its 250th anniversary.

To enact section 5.282 of the Revised Code to designate the fourth Thursday of January as "NASA Day of Remembrance."

To enact section 5.57 of the Revised Code to designate the third Sunday in November as "Road Traffic Victims Day of Remembrance."

To amend sections 4511.01, 4511.042, 4511.213, 4511.45, 4513.17, and 4513.21 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law governing dedicated organ recovery vehicles.

To amend section 4301.13 of the Revised Code to allow retail liquor permit holders to offer a discount on dealcoholized wine under specified circumstances.

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.675 of the Revised Code regarding human trafficking screening in public schools and to make an appropriation.

To enact section 3901.93 of the Revised Code to establish network adequacy standards for health insurers.

To enact section 959.22 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person from declawing a cat.

To honor Pope Leo XIV, the first pope from the United States of America, and to highlight his life and accomplishments.

To amend sections 3721.28, 3721.29, and 3721.30 of the Revised Code to enact the Ohio Dementia Care Training Act for Nurse Aides.

To amend section 4303.182 and to enact section 4301.392 of the Revised Code to authorize a municipal corporation or township to allow Sunday sales of intoxicating liquor without local option election approval.

To amend sections 2921.24, 2949.22, 2949.221, and 2949.25 of the Revised Code to add nitrogen hypoxia as a method of execution and to prohibit the disclosure of execution identifying information.
