To enact section 3333.0421 of the Revised Code and to amend Section 381.400 of H.B. 96 of the 136th General Assembly regarding cost of attendance at institutions of higher education.

To amend section 9.63 of the Revised Code to withhold all state funding from municipal corporations that do not cooperate with federal homeland security activities and remove the Director of Public Safety's role in determining what constitutes noncooperation.

To amend section 5705.32 and to enact section 3375.94 of the Revised Code regarding the closing of a public library branch and the forfeiture of public library funds for doing so.

To amend sections 107.036 and 5747.98 and to enact sections 122.863 and 5747.88 of the Revised Code to authorize an income tax credit for businesses that make qualifying technology investments.

To enact section 5.2544 of the Revised Code to designate May 15 as "Foster Youth Bill of Rights Awareness Day."

To amend section 122.98 and to enact sections 122.982 and 122.983 of the Revised Code to modify the Residential Development Revolving Loan Program and to name this act the Housing Recovery Act.

To enact section 3701.95 of the Revised Code regarding health care facilities and infection prevention textiles.

To amend sections 4164.11, 4906.01, 4906.03, 4928.01, and 4928.041 and to enact sections 4164.20, 4928.76, 4928.761, 4928.762, 4928.763, 4928.764, 4928.765, 4928.766, 4928.767, 4928.768, and 4928.769 of the Revised Code to authorize electric distribution utilities to construct, own, and operate nuclear generating facilities in limited circumstances and to require the Ohio Nuclear Development Authority to appoint a State Nuclear Coordinator.

To amend section 5119.34 of the Revised Code regarding residential facilities licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health.

To amend sections 709.023 and 709.024 of the Revised Code to halt an expedited type two or three annexation upon objection of a township.

To temporarily reduce motor fuel tax rates and to declare an emergency.

To enact section 5.079 of the Revised Code to designate the Loveland Frog as the official state cryptid of Ohio.

To enact section 5.035 of the Revised Code to adopt the Zebra Swallowtail as the state butterfly of Ohio.

To amend sections 3314.03, 3319.90, 3326.11, 3345.90, 3705.08, 3705.16, 3705.20, 3705.21, 3705.22, 4117.10, 4506.01, 4506.16, and 4507.01 and to enact sections 9.071, 3313.475, 3345.561, 3755.01, 3755.02, 3755.03, and 4113.90 of the Revised Code to enact the Privacy Protection Act regarding biological sex, access to certain facilities, names and pronouns, and certain government-issued documents.

To enact section 5534.456 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 20 in Lake County as the "Patrolman Karl E. Bushong Memorial Highway."

To enact sections 4755.72 and 4755.721 of the Revised Code to enter into the Athletic Trainer Compact.

To enact section 5534.454 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of I-480 in Cuyahoga County as the "Officer Jacob J. Derbin Memorial Highway."

To enact section 2935.40 of the Revised Code to prohibit civil immigration-related arrests in certain locations.

To enact section 3301.0722 of the Revised Code regarding model curriculum for world history that includes ancient African civilizations and global influence.

To amend section 5.2281 of the Revised Code to change the designation for "Ohio Deaf History Month" to the month of April.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.938 of the Revised Code to create the "Paul Laurence Dunbar High School" license plate.

To amend section 4928.67 and to enact sections 4928.675, 4928.676, 4928.677, 4928.678, 4928.679, 4928.6710, and 4928.6711 of the Revised Code regarding virtual net metering and meter aggregation.
