L. 1907, p. 651), as amended, so as to deannex certain territory from the city limits; to provide that the city shall be obligated to transfer title in any real or personal property related to the operation of the utility system upon the request of the utility commission; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

L. 1998, p. 4281), as amended, so as to increase the income cap on the homestead exemption provided to residents of the school district 62 years of age and older; to provide that any person 66 years of age or older shall receive a new exemption on the first $400,000.00 of the assessed value of the homestead; to provide for a referendum, effective dates, automatic repeal, mandatory execution of election, and judicial remedies regarding failure to comply; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

L. 1998, p. 4281), as amended, so as to increase the income cap on the homestead exemption provided to residents of the school district 62 years of age and older; to provide that any person 66 years of age or older shall receive a new exemption on the first $400,000.00 of the assessed value of the homestead; to provide for a referendum, effective dates, automatic repeal, mandatory execution of election, and judicial remedies regarding failure to comply; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

L. 2011, p. 3703), so as to expand the board to five members; to provide for a quorum of the board; to revise the manner in which members of the board are appointed by the governing authority of the county; to make conforming changes regarding filling vacancies on the board; to provide that the elections supervisor and employees of such supervisor shall be subject to hiring, firing, and the control of the board of elections; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
