Provides a homestead exemption from City of Emerson ad valorem taxes based on a new Local Homestead Option Sales Tax.

This bill provides a homestead exemption from City of Emerson ad valorem taxes for residents in the special district based on the proceeds of a new Local Homestead Option Sales Tax.
