Authorizing the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to enter into interagency agreements with tax collectors for a specified purpose; specifying that such an interagency agreement is a delegation of authority of the department to the tax collector; providing that such an interagency agreement may include, but need not be limited to, certain grants of authority, etc.

Requiring the Division of Telecommunications within the Department of Management Services to consult with certain entities to conduct a feasibility study regarding a specified alert system; providing requirements for such alert system; authorizing victims of dating violence to apply to participate in the Attorney General's address confidentiality program; requiring the Attorney General to designate certain entities to assist victims of dating violence applying to be address confidentiality program participants, etc.

Requires hospital emergency departments to develop & implement policies & procedures, conduct training, record weights in certain manner, designate pediatric emergency care coordinator, & conduct specified assessments; authorizes hospital with emergency department to conduct National Pediatric Readiness Project's Open Assessment under certain conditions; requires agency to adopt certain rules for comprehensive emergency management plans, and, in consultation with Florida Emergency Medical Services for Children State Partnership Program, establish minimum standards for pediatric patient care in hospital emergency departments; requires agency to collect & publish results of specified assessments submitted by hospitals by specified dates; provides requirements for collection & publication of such assessment scores.

Requiring a former employer to provide death benefits to certain beneficiaries for a specified time period under certain circumstances, etc.

Amending provisions and deleting a prohibition on the inclusion of personal identifying information in the uterine fibroid research database.

Providing that the period of limitation for offenses related to specified required reports concerning children does not begin to run until a law enforcement agency is made aware of the violation, etc.

Deleting the limitation on the amount of patient funds a chiropractic physician may hold in trust for specified purposes, etc.

Revising requirements for initial licensure as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, beginning on a specified date, to include completion of a certain course on human trafficking, etc.

Creating the "Infill Redevelopment Act"; requiring that a local government permit qualifying parcels to be developed with residential uses; prohibiting a local government from using the subdivision process to restrict development in a certain manner; requiring developers of such parcels to pay double the parks and recreation facilities impact fees for a certain purpose and provide certain written notice to property owners; prohibiting a local government from adopting or enforcing certain local laws, ordinances, or regulations, etc.

Revising the requirements for a court to appoint a curator of estates; revising bond requirements for a curator of estates; clarifying who may subject a curator of estates to removal and surcharge; requiring a curator to file reports with the court in specified circumstances; requiring that certain details be included in such reports; requiring the court to review such reports; authorizing the court to require more frequent reporting or additional documents under certain circumstances, etc.

Requires local governments to approve applications from historic African-American cemeteries to change land use category & zoning district of excess vacant land under certain conditions to allow development consistent & compatible with adjacent land uses.

Reclassifying penalties for committing a domestic violence offense if a person has a prior conviction for domestic violence; providing that sentencing and incentive gain-time eligibility determinations are made without regard to a penalty enhancement; establishing an electronic monitoring pilot program in a specified county; requiring the sheriff, in consultation with certain persons, to design and implement the pilot program; providing requirements for the pilot program; requiring the Department of Corrections to complete an evaluation and provide specified reports to the Legislature; requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to enter injunctions against dating violence and sexual violence into a statewide verification system, etc.

Requiring the Department of Elderly Affairs to contract for the development and implementation of the Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Initiative; providing requirements for the initiative; providing requirements for the entity with which the department contracts to develop and implement the initiative, etc.

Requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to post on its website specified information relating to each individual convicted of specified animal cruelty offenses; extending the timeframe for which a consumer may pursue remedies for the sale of an animal certifiably unfit for purchase; requiring a pet dealer to provide copies of specified medical records to a consumer; requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to develop a list of best management practices for adoption and implementation, etc.

Deleting provisions relating to the Florida Virtual School giving priority to certain students; providing that the board of trustees may use supplemental funding sources to develop a state-of-the-art technology-based education delivery system; authorizing the Florida Virtual School to accrue supplemental revenue from direct-support organizations; revising which entities review and approve expenditures, etc.

Revising the services required to be provided by regional consortium service organizations under certain circumstances; creating the Regional Consortia Service Organization Supplemental Services Program; establishing the Rural Incentive for Professional Educators (RIPE) Program within the Department of Education for a specified purpose; authorizing the Agency for Health Care Administration to submit a budget amendment requesting additional spending authority to implement specified programs and payments, etc.

Provides moneys for annual period beginning July 1, 2026, & ending June 30, 2027, & supplemental appropriations for period ending June 30, 2026, to pay salaries & other expenses, capital outlay--buildings & other improvements, & for other specified purposes of various agencies of state government.

Authorizing an elected officer, except while serving as a legislator, to remain in elective office and receive accumulated Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP) proceeds after the officer attains a certain age; revising the cost-of-living adjustment for eligible Special Risk Class retirees; defining the term "eligible Special Risk Class retiree"; revising required employer retirement contribution rates for each membership class and subclass of the Florida Retirement System; revising required allocations from the Contributions Clearing Trust Fund to provide disability coverage to members of the investment plan of the Florida Retirement System, etc.

Establishing the Florida Center for Nursing within the University of South Florida; providing that a specified fee waiver applies to a student's out-of-pocket expenses for tuition and fees after other aid is applied; providing that the LINE Fund was established for shortages in health science professions in addition to nursing; requiring institutions awarded grant funds to submit an annual report by a certain date to the center instead of the Board of Governors or the Department of Education; requiring the Office of Reimagining Education and Career Help to provide specified data to the department, etc.

Defining the term "cash"; authorizing dealers to round to the nearest nickel in certain circumstances; providing that rounding to the nearest nickel is not a deceptive and unfair trade practice in certain circumstances; requiring that certain cash payments be made in the full amount due or rounded in a specified manner in certain circumstances, etc.

Provides that completion of 2 years of marching band satisfies both physical education & performing arts requirements for standard high school diploma & that students with disabilities may participate in Special Olympics to meet physical education requirement for standard high school diploma.

Providing for the resolution of collective bargaining issues at impasse between the state and certified bargaining units for state employees, etc.

Providing members of a district school board with specified rights; requiring that certain documents from district school board meetings be kept as public records; defining the term "good cause"; providing that a school district employee may not be required or incentivized to sign a nondisclosure agreement or confidentiality agreement; prohibiting a school district from imposing certain conditions on employment, etc.

Deleting a duplicative exemption from public records requirements for certain examination and assessment instruments; requiring the State Board of Education and the Board of Governors to adopt rules and regulations, respectively, governing the retention and disposal process for specified records; deleting a provision requiring the State Board of Education and the Board of Governors to adopt certain rules and regulations, respectively, governing access to records; extending the scheduled repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
