Authorizing an elected officer, except while serving as a legislator, to remain in elective office and receive accumulated Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP) proceeds after the officer attains a certain age; requiring the Division of Retirement or the State Board of Administration, as appropriate, to take steps to recoup from the elected officer any DROP proceeds distributed in accordance with a specified provision, under specified circumstances; revising the cost-of-living adjustment for eligible Special Risk Class retirees; revising required allocations from the Contributions Clearing Trust Fund to provide disability coverage to members of the investment plan of the Florida Retirement System, etc.

Providing for the resolution of collective bargaining issues at impasse between the state and certified bargaining units for state employees, etc.

Providing moneys for the annual period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, and supplemental appropriations for the period ending June 30, 2026, to pay salaries, and other expenses, capital outlay - buildings, and other improvements, and for other specified purposes of the various agencies of state government, etc.

Requiring that specific needs of a high-acuity child be considered when determining a child's best interest; revising the role of and services provided by a Child Protection Team; providing for the placement of a high-acuity child; revising the goals of multidisciplinary teams; revising the participants in a multidisciplinary team; requiring a licensed health care professional to perform a medical screening for certain conditions on a child who is removed from the home and maintained in an out-of-home placement, etc.

Recognizing and commending The Ripple Project for its invaluable service, dedication, and tireless commitment to raising awareness of and funding for a cure for childhood cancer, etc.

Revising the criteria that the court must consider in determining whether an award of money damages is excessive or inadequate, etc.

Requiring a veterinarian or authorized member of veterinary staff to inform a client of the right to receive a written prescription to be filled at a pharmacy of the client's choice or the option to have the prescription filled at the veterinary establishment; requiring that the disclosure include an acknowledgement signed by the client; providing that such acknowledgement be documented in the patient's medical records, etc.

Amending a provision which provides an exemption from public record requirements for certain aquaculture records held by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; removing the scheduled repeal of the exemption, etc.

Preempting the naming of major commercial service airports to the state; providing names for major commercial service airports; providing that such airport names continue to be valid under certain circumstances; requiring the Department of Transportation to annually review provisions naming major commercial service airports for a certain purpose; providing that a political subdivision is in compliance with certain provisions under specified circumstances, etc.

Revising the formula to calculate funds for remodeling, renovation, maintenance, repairs, and site improvement of existing facilities; requiring a board to prioritize a specified amount of funds to correct unsafe, unhealthy, or unsanitary conditions; requiring the Department of Education to participate in a design review process; authorizing a district school board to enter into a contingency construction contract, etc.

Renaming the "Florida Not For Profit Corporation Act" as the "Florida Nonprofit Corporation Act"; revising the circumstances in which a domestic or foreign corporation may correct a document filed with the department; requiring all courts, public offices, and official bodies to receive all certificates issued by the department as prima facie evidence of certain facts; authorizing a corporation to register under a name that is not otherwise distinguishable on the records of the department under certain circumstances; prohibiting a corporation from paying any dividend and making distributions of any part of its net income or net earnings to its members, directors, or officers, etc.

Authorizing financial institutions to hold funds in specified trust accounts used for specified purposes expressly authorized by Supreme Court rule; requiring certain entities to use interest and dividends for specified purposes; requiring certain financial institutions to pay specified interest or dividends, etc.
