To permit the disclosure of private well and semipublic well water quality test results to certain individuals without requiring approval of the Commissioner of Public Health.

An Act Concerning A Study Of The Provisions Of The Workers' Compensation Act.

To establish a working group to study the provisions of chapter 568 of the general statutes.

An Act Concerning The Approval Process For Proposed Budgets And Special Assessments In Common Interest Communities And The Availability Of A List Of Names And Addresses Of Unit Owners.

To (1) require an affirmative vote of a majority of all unit owners in order to secure passage of the proposed budget or a proposed special assessment in a common interest community, and (2) improve the process that permits a unit owner to request and receive a list of names and addresses of the other unit owners.

An Act Concerning Nutrition And Food-based Interventions For Patients With Diabetes And Congestive Heart Failure.

To require hospitals to (1) examine the nutrition needs of community members with diabetes and congestive heart failure when conducting a community health needs assessment, and (2) prioritize medically tailored and food-based interventions for such community members in the hospital's community benefits implementation strategy.

An Act Concerning Claims Against The State For Medical Malpractice And Injuries Occurring On Lands Available To The Public For Recreational Purposes.

To clarify state law provisions relating to (1) bringing a claim against the state for alleged medical malpractice by a state actor, and (2) the state's liability for injuries occurring on land made available to a member of the public for recreational purposes.

An Act Concerning Revocation Of Non-probate Transfers And Appointments By Dissolution Of Marriage.

To assist divorced individuals who have not updated beneficiary designations, revocable trusts and joint accounts after a dissolution of marriage.
