Ohio

To amend sections 109.32, 2915.02, 2915.08, 2915.081, 2915.082, 2915.10, and 2915.14 and to enact sections 2915.021 and 2915.083 of the Revised Code to modify the Attorney General's authority under the Charitable Gaming Law and to make related changes to that law.

To amend sections 2907.09, 2907.39, and 4301.25 of the Revised Code to enact the Indecent Exposure Modernization Act.

To amend sections 1547.69, 2923.128, 2923.16, 2953.35, and 4511.19 of the Revised Code to modify the circumstances in which a person may transport a firearm in a motor vehicle.

To enact section 5.64 of the Revised Code to designate August 20 as "Benjamin Harrison Day."

To amend sections 123.01, 123.17, and 5913.09 and to enact section 123.012 of the Revised Code to authorize the state to enter into an enhanced lease agreement, with a private entity, to utilize unproductive and unused state real property, to empower a board of trustees of a state university and the Adjutant General to lease land, and to name this act the Advancing Strategic State and Military Asset Efficiency and Transformation (ASSET) Act.

To enact section 5.63 of the Revised Code to designate October 1 as "Jimmy Carter Day."

To enact section 3301.96 of the Revised Code to provide for the designation of high-quality youth development programs by the Director of Education and Workforce.

To enact section 4113.35 of the Revised Code to regulate sale procedures at certain retail establishments.

To amend sections 2901.01, 2911.11, 2911.12, and 2923.132 of the Revised Code to modify the offenses of burglary, aggravated burglary, and trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present.

To enact section 5.63 of the Revised Code to designate May 8 as "Harry S. Truman Day."

To amend sections 123.28, 123.281, 5753.01, 5753.031, 5753.04, 5753.05, 5753.06, 5753.07, 5753.08, and 5753.12 and to enact sections 123.282 and 5753.022 of the Revised Code to levy a fee on gross sports gaming wagers and to use revenue from the fee to support publicly owned professional sports facilities and interscholastic athletics.

To amend section 4740.99 and to enact section 4740.18 of the Revised Code to establish a certification for specialty residential construction contractors.

To amend sections 126.021, 126.024, 173.19, 1751.03, 3701.741, 3901.81, 3902.70, 3903.14, 3903.42, 3959.01, 3963.06, 4121.50, 4729.20, 4729.49, 4729.80, 4729.84, 4729.86, 5160.01, 5160.34, 5160.37, 5160.371, 5160.40, 5162.01, 5162.021, 5162.13, 5162.1310, 5162.73, 5164.01, 5164.38, 5164.46, 5164.74, 5164.751, 5166.01, 5166.40, 5166.405, 5166.406, 5168.75, 5168.76, 5739.01, and 5739.03; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 5162.73 (5162.74); to enact new section 5162.73; and to repeal sections 1751.271, 3901.815, 3903.421, 5164.741, 5167.01, 5167.02, 5167.03, 5167.031, 5167.04, 5167.05, 5167.051, 5167.09, 5167.10, 5167.101, 5167.103, 5167.11, 5167.12, 5167.122, 5167.123, 5167.13, 5167.14, 5167.15, 5167.16, 5167.17, 5167.171, 5167.173, 5167.18, 5167.20, 5167.201, 5167.21, 5167.22, 5167.221, 5167.24, 5167.241, 5167.243, 5167.244, 5167.245, 5167.26, 5167.30, 5167.31, 5167.32, 5167.33, 5167.34, 5167.35, 5167.40, 5167.41, 5167.45, 5167.47, and 5739.051 of the Revised Code to eliminate the care management system from the Medicaid program and to name this act the Medicaid Savings Act.

To establish the Frontier Technologies and Quantum Commission.

To amend sections 742.16, 742.33, 742.34, 5705.06, and 5705.31 and to repeal section 742.311 of the Revised Code regarding contributions to the Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund.

To amend section 4928.67 and to enact sections 4928.675, 4928.676, 4928.677, 4928.678, 4928.679, 4928.6710, and 4928.6711 of the Revised Code regarding virtual net metering and meter aggregation.
