AN ACT relating to aerospace; creating the Office of Aerospace; setting forth the duties of the Office; revising provisions relating to the Nevada Air Service Development Fund; revising provisions relating to the Nevada Air Service Development Commission; requiring the Office to submit certain written reports relating to grants; requiring the Office to administer the Fund for Aviation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

Revises provisions relating to the use of the Internet by minors. (BDR 52-567)

AN ACT relating to the protection of minors; requiring a person that operates an online platform, Internet website or other Internet-based service that, as its primary business, publishes or makes available material that is harmful to minors to establish an age verification system to verify the age of prospective users; prohibiting such persons from allowing a prospective user to access material that is harmful to minors under certain circumstances; establishing civil penalties; authorizing the Attorney General to bring a civil action to recover such penalties; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to property; authorizing the executive board of a unit-owners' association to make an assessment to fund certain repairs; requiring a structural inspection of certain buildings in a common-interest community; requiring an association to establish reserves for corrective repairs; requiring a study of reserves of an association to include an estimate of the costs of certain repairs; revising provisions governing the duty of the executive board to provide or make available to a unit's owner certain records; prohibiting certain persons within or associated with a common-interest community from committing certain acts; requiring a written report from a structural inspection of certain buildings in a common-interest community to be provided under certain circumstances; eliminating the authority of the Real Estate Division of the Department of Business and Industry to establish a program for rendering of certain disputes; authorizing the Commission for Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels or a hearing panel to prohibit certain persons from serving on the executive board; revising certain provisions governing actions for constructional defects; providing penalties; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

Revises provisions relating to certain providers of transportation services. (BDR 58-1003)

AN ACT relating to transportation; requiring transportation network companies to establish certain policies and procedures; establishing certain requirements relating to the suspension or deactivation of drivers and monitored autonomous vehicle providers; requiring transportation network companies to make certain disclosures; prohibiting a transportation network company from retaliating against drivers and monitored autonomous vehicle providers in certain circumstances; requiring the Nevada Transportation Authority to certify a driver support organization; establishing certain duties of the Authority, transportation network companies and the certified driver support organization; providing for certain assessments on transportation network companies; providing for civil causes of action and administrative fines against transportation network companies; imposing an additional excise tax on the connection of a passenger with a driver or fully autonomous vehicle; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
