Nevada AB22 revises provisions of the Public Employees' Benefits Program, transferring the duty to act as the chief of the using agency from the Board to the Executive Officer of the Program. This change eliminates certain requirements under the Open Meeting Law for the Board. If a committee to evaluate proposals for a contract is established, the bill mandates the appointment of at least one Board member to such a committee.
