Establishes a Red Tape Hotline for small businesses to report burdensome agency rules.

The Destroying Unnecessary, Misaligned, and Prohibitive Red Tape Act of 2025, also known as the DUMP Red Tape Act, mandates the Chief Counsel for Advocacy of the Small Business Administration to create a Red Tape Hotline. This hotline will receive notifications from small businesses about the burden of complying with agency rules. The Chief Counsel must also establish a website with an easily accessible email address, form, or phone number for reporting.
