To waive interest on certain delinquent property taxes owed by a housing cooperative known as Success Village located in the city of Bridgeport, in part, and the town of Stratford, in part.

To prohibit disclosure of the residential address of public school teachers under the Freedom of Information Act and to establish a task force to study how to respond to the issue of mass requests created by artificial intelligence.

An Act Allowing A Personal Income Tax Deduction For Stipends Paid To Volunteer Firefighters, Volunteer Fire Police Officers And Volunteer Ambulance Members.

To allow a personal income tax deduction for a stipend paid by a municipality to a volunteer firefighter, volunteer fire police officer or volunteer ambulance member.

An Act Requiring Programs Concerning Problem Gambling At Public Institutions Of Higher Education.

To require an on-campus program concerning problem gambling at public institutions of higher education.

An Act Concerning State Police Assigned To Highway Construction Projects.

To establish that for any sworn member of the Division of State Police within the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection assigned to a highway construction project administered by the Department of Transportation, such sworn member shall be paid at a rate established pursuant to an agreement executed between the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection and the Commissioner of Transportation.

An Act Expanding The Address Confidentiality Program To Shield Land Records And Include Private Entities.

To make a technical change to a statute concerning government organization.

An Act Concerning Electronic Nicotine Delivery System And Vapor Product Dealers.

To provide that (1) the Department of Revenue Services shall not issue a cigarette dealer's license, or renew any such license, for certain applicants who exceed certain limitations concerning annual gross sales and the use of retail sales area, and (2) the Department of Consumer Protection shall not issue an electronic nicotine delivery system certificate of dealer registration, or renew any such registration, for certain applicants who (A) exceed certain limitations concerning annual gross revenue and the use of retail sales area, or (B) are located in a town that already includes one dealer for every two thousand five hundred residents.

An Act Prohibiting Certain Licensees And Registrants From Selling, Dispensing, Transferring Or Delivering Any Drug Or Device To Execute A Court-imposed Sentence Of Death.

To provide that no manufacturer, wholesaler, pharmacist, prescribing practitioner or pharmacy shall sell, dispense, transfer or deliver, as applicable, any drug or device with actual knowledge that the person purchasing or receiving such drug or device directly from such manufacturer, wholesaler, pharmacist, prescribing practitioner or pharmacy intends to use such drug or device to execute a sentence of death.

An Act Concerning A Bridge Program To Allow Access To Food, Housing And Health Care Benefits.

To establish a plan for a state-funded bridge program for persons at risk of losing federal food, health care and housing assistance.

An Act Concerning Roaming Dogs.

To enhance penalties for unlawfully permitting a dog to roam at large.

An Act Concerning Supports For Children And Families.

To improve the well-being of children and families.

An Act Concerning Post-conviction Dna Testing.

To (1) expand the time period permissible for the filing of a petition for post-conviction DNA testing, and (2) set forth that the denial of such petition is a final judgment for purposes of an appeal.

An Act Concerning Protection Of Election Administration Processes, Elections Sites, Election Workers And Electors.

To (1) establish prohibitions on certain conduct, including the possession of a firearm or deadly weapon, at or near certain elections-related locations, (2) impose criminal penalties for harassment of election workers and tampering with or unauthorized sharing of election equipment, and (3) allow for Attorney General involvement in matters relating to subpoenas, warrants, other requests and alleged interference with elections.
