As introduced, requires that if an account holder deletes the account holder's account on a social media platform, the social media platform shall delete all personal information pertaining to the deleted account or collected directly through the use of the social media platform through the deleted account by the account holder or another user. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 47, Chapter 18.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 270 of the Private Acts of 1982; and any other acts amendatory thereto, relative to the mineral severance tax for Weakley County

Subject to local approval, increases, from 15¢ to 20¢, the mineral severance tax in accordance with statutory guidelines. - Amends Chapter 270 of the Private Acts of 1982.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 49; Title 4, Chapter 51 and Title 49, Chapter 4, relative to safeguarding financial aid programs funded using net lottery proceeds.

As introduced, requires the Tennessee higher education commission to submit a report to the education and finance committees of the senate and house of representatives identifying any fiscal year, beginning with the 2004 fiscal year, for which net lottery proceeds were insufficient to fully fund certain scholarships and grants, resulting in a pro rata reduction in award amounts or a draw upon the general shortfall reserve subaccount. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 49; Title 4, Chapter 51 and Title 49, Chapter 4.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8 and Title 50, relative to employment-related mental health evaluations.

As introduced, requires employers that condition employment or prospective employment upon an employee or prospective employee submitting to a mental health evaluation to grant the employee or prospective employee reasonable access to the results of the mental health evaluation, including any report from a mental health professional or other evaluator; provides a private right of action for an employee or prospective employee who is denied such access. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 50.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39; Title 47 and Title 65, relative to consumer protection.

As introduced, authorizes the attorney general to establish a do not call registry; places certain restrictions upon telephone solicitations and robocallers; authorizes the attorney general to enforce restrictions and sets monetary amounts for penalties imposed by a court that makes a finding of a violation. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 47 and Title 65.
