CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- Amends existing law to provide that there shall be no statute of limitations for certain felonies.

EDUCATION -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding certain placement and movement on the career ladder.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUBPOENAS -- Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding an administrative subpoena.

TAXATION -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding certain sales tax exemptions for occasional sales and small sellers.

APPROPRIATIONS -- DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION -- Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Administration for fiscal year 2027.

ELECTIONS -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the form and contents of ballots to be prepared by the Secretary of State.

MANUFACTURED HOMES -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding siting of manufactured homes in residential areas.

ATTORNEY GENERAL -- Amends and repeals existing law to remove provisions regarding sobriety and drug monitoring programs.

ELECTIONS -- States findings of the Legislature and calls on Congress to pass a constitutional amendment affirming the authority of states to govern their election processes.

OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSING -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses.

MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION -- Amends and adds to existing law to eliminate the fee for the copyrighted license plate design and to establish the America250 license plate for the benefit of the Idaho Heritage Trust.

APPROPRIATIONS -- DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION -- Relates to the appropriation to the State Department of Education for fiscal year 2027.

PRISONERS -- Amends existing law to revise the definition of “sexual contact.”

LINDEN BATEMAN -- States findings of the Legislature and honors the lifetime achievements of Linden Bateman, the author, sponsor, and successful advocate for the law designating “Idaho Day.”

MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS -- Amends existing law to revise terminology and to revise provisions regarding restraint and nonjudicial punishment in the Model State Code of Military Justice.

APPROPRIATIONS -- COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITIES -- Relates to the appropriation to the State Board of Education and the Board of Regents of the University of Idaho for College and Universities and the Office of the State Board of Education for fiscal year 2027.

STATE TREASURER -- Repeals existing law to remove obsolete provisions relating to securities lending agreements.

AGRICULTURAL CERTIFICATES OF FREE SALE -- Amends existing law to integrate IDAPA 02.01.05 into Idaho Code.

HEALTH AND WELFARE -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding background checks conducted by the Department of Health and Welfare.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- Repeals existing law to remove obsolete provisions regarding the prohibition and sale of liquors and wines.

IMMUNIZATIONS -- Adds to existing law to establish a moratorium on certain uses of human gene therapy products.

STATE CONTROLLER -- Amends existing law to provide that the State Controller shall publish a list of asset forfeitures and to provide that law enforcement shall report asset forfeiture information to the State Controller.

PODIATRY -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to provide for the Podiatric Medical Practice Act.

DISTRIBUTION OF MONEYS IN LIQUOR ACCOUNT -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the distribution of moneys in the Liquor Account.

WAKE ISLAND CIVILIANS -- States findings of the Legislature and honors the sacrifice of Idaho civilians who served on Wake Island during World War II.
