The Secretary of State must prescribe the form for all ballots, absentee ballots, diagrams, sample ballots, voting machine labels or booklets, certificates, notices, declarations of candidacy, affidavits, lists, applications, poll books, tally sheets, registers, rosters, statements, and abstracts.
