To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to prohibit leaders of certain religious denominations from being admitted to the United States under section 101(a)(15)(R) of that Act, and for other purposes.

To protect intellectual property rights in the voice and visual likeness of individuals, and for other purposes.

To direct the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information to establish a grant program to modernize the technology of State and local governments, and for other purposes.
