A BILL
To provide a prohibition on certain reductions to MQ–9 aircraft units, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Sustainment of Unmanned Systems, Total Force Aircraft Inventory, and National Guard Protection Act” or the “SUSTAIN Act”.
