“(2) in the case of an employee who begins service as an employee of the House after the first day of the Congress, not later than 30 days after the employee begins service.

“(b) The results of a criminal background check conducted under this clause shall not be disclosed to any person other than the head of the office in which the employee is employed.

“(c) The Chief Administrative Officer shall enter into such agreements with the United States Capitol Police as the Chief Administrative Officer determines to be appropriate to carry out this clause.”.
