A BILL
To amend the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to prohibit the export or sale of petroleum products from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to certain entities, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Banning Strategic Petroleum Reserve Oil Exports to Foreign Adversaries Act” or the “Banning SPR Oil Exports to Foreign Adversaries Act”.
