Authorizes small business loans to finance modern business software and cloud computing services.

The Small Business Technological Advancement Act of 2025 amends the Small Business Act to authorize the Small Business Administration to provide loans for small businesses to access modern business software and cloud computing services. These loans can be used for technology that facilitates business operations, product or service delivery, payroll processing, human resources, sales and billing functions, and accounting or tracking of supplies, inventory, records, and expenses.
