A BILL
To permit the transfer of United States defense articles and defense services among the Baltic states.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Facilitating Operational Readiness Through Inter-Baltics Flexibility Act” or the “FORTIFY Act”.
