A BILL

To amend the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to provide for the establishment of talent marketplaces.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Modernizing Access to Talents, Credentials, and Hiring Act of 2026” or “MATCH Act of 2026”.
