A BILL
To direct the Director of National Intelligence to assess the national security implications of increased foreign malign influence by the Chinese Communist Party.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Combating Chinese Communist Party Influence Act”.
