The Combating Chinese Communist Party Influence Act requires the Director of National Intelligence to produce an assessment on the national security implications of increased foreign malign influence activities by the Chinese Communist Party. The assessment must cover activities in key regions, including the Indo-Pacific, Africa, Latin America, and Europe, from January 1, 2023, to the present. The Director must submit an initial report within 90 days and a final report within 180 days of the Act's enactment, both to specified congressional committees.
