Bipartisan IVF for Military Families Act provides fertility treatment under TRICARE for active military members and their dependents.

The Bipartisan IVF for Military Families Act amends title 10, United States Code, to provide fertility treatment under the TRICARE Program for active military members and their dependents. This includes in vitro fertilization, sperm retrieval, egg retrieval, and other fertility treatments. The Secretary of Defense is required to establish a program for the coordination of fertility-related care and provide training and support to community health care providers.
