RESULTS Act Reforms Medicare payment rates for clinical diagnostic laboratory tests.

The RESULTS Act Reforming and Enhancing Sustainable Updates to Laboratory Testing Services Act of 2025 amends title XVIII of the Social Security Act to enhance the accuracy and feasibility of data collection for Medicare payment rates for clinical diagnostic laboratory tests. It updates the data collection periods for reporting periods beginning on or after January 1, 2028, and modifies the payment rates for widely available non-Advanced diagnostic laboratory tests. The bill also ensures data is market-based by excluding rates of Medicaid managed care organizations.
