The RESULTS Act Reforming and Enhancing Sustainable Updates to Laboratory Testing Services Act of 2025 amends the Social Security Act to improve the accuracy and feasibility of data collection for Medicare payment rates for clinical diagnostic laboratory tests. It modifies the definition of "applicable information" and "data collection period" for tests beginning in 2027. The bill also updates the payment rates for non-widely available non-advanced diagnostic laboratory tests and widely available non-advanced diagnostic laboratory tests.
