Establishes the National Wildlife Refuge System Invasive Species Strike Team Program to manage invasive species.

The National Wildlife Refuge System Invasive Species Strike Team Act of 2025 directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish a program to manage invasive species threats within and adjacent to National Wildlife Refuge System lands and waters. The program, known as the National Wildlife Refuge System Invasive Species Strike Team Program, will include teams trained in early detection and rapid response. The Secretary is authorized to provide financial assistance, technical assistance, contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements to address invasive species management.
