One Flag for All Act

Prohibits displaying flags other than the U.S. flag at public buildings, with exceptions.

The One Flag for All Act prohibits the display of any flag other than the U.S. flag at public buildings, including exteriors and public areas. Exceptions include the National League of Families POW/MIA flag, flags representing Indian Tribes, state or local flags, and flags representing the Armed Forces, historical significance, public safety, national observances, and religious organizations. The act defines "covered public building" and "flag of the United States.
