Emergency Conservation Program Improvement Act of 2025 amends the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 to enhance agricultural producer access to funds.

The Emergency Conservation Program Improvement Act of 2025 amends the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 to improve the emergency conservation program. It allows the Secretary to provide up to 75% of the cost for emergency measures to agricultural producers before they carry out such measures. The bill also expands the definition of wildfires to include those caused by the federal government if the damage is due to natural causes.
