Establishes a constitutional right to hunt and fish in Ohio.

The bill proposes to amend the Ohio Constitution to enshrine the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife as a valued part of the state's heritage. This right, including the use of traditional methods, is to be preserved for the public good and is subject only to laws promoting wildlife conservation and management. Hunting and fishing would be designated as a preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife. The amendment would not affect existing laws on trespass or property rights. If approved by voters, the constitutional change would take effect immediately.
