Allows students to concurrently receive certain state scholarships in Ohio.

The bill amends Ohio law to allow students to concurrently receive an Educational Choice scholarship or Pilot Project scholarship and either an Autism or Jon Peterson Special Needs scholarship. It defines "eligible applicant" as parents, custodians, guardians, or grandparents of a qualified special education child. It also appropriates funds for these scholarships.
